Conference Engagement Opportunities
Solution Central will be the hub for all engagement activities. No educational sessions will be scheduled during engagement events so that attendees can maximize their time developing connections with solution providers.
As an Engagement Solution Provider, you will have the opportunity to participate in all conference engagement activities including the opening night networking reception and have an exhibit booth in Solution Central. In addition, you will receive two complimentary conference registrations.

Opening Night Networking Reception
Get this party started! Attendees will kick off their conference experience with a high-energy, disco-themed bash packed with music, food, drinks, and prizes. Always a highlight of the conference, the opening night event sets the tone for the week and allows you to mix and mingle with attendees in a fun and relaxed environment.
Solution Central (Exhibit Hall)
The exhibit hall will be open multiple times throughout the conference. Choose the booth size that best fits your needs to showcase your products and solutions to attendees.
Prices based on the following booth sizes:
- Standard 10×10 Booth – $3,000
- Corner 10×10 Booth – $3,200
- Premium 10×20 Booth – $4,000
- End Cap 10×20 Booth (3 sides open) – $5,000*
- Island Booth – $6,000*
Booth Add-on – $1,500: Extend your brand beyond your booth with additional logo presence during engagement events. This add-on opportunity includes your company logo prominently displayed on a tray topper of butler-style passed food items, expanding your brand’s reach throughout the event.
*A limited number of End Cap and Island booths will be available; the AAPACN Business Partner discount is not valid for the End Cap or Island booth sizes.
